The scheme, due to open in September 2019, will be a flagship development in Liverpool Knowledge Quarter’s Paddington Village, a £1 billion, 450-acre urban innovation district that will be home to some of the world’s most influential players in science, health, technology, education, music and the creative and performing arts.
